Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a notification with the tracking details.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
